PS I Hate Your Stupid Bison Ads

Okay, so I think I was pretty clear about my hatred of MTS and my hesitation to switch to them again for wireless service after some of my past experiences. But I decided that people - and companies - can change, and so I signed a three-year contract with them last week.

My first bill arrived today. Nearly $145 worth of mistakes and phantom charges. I kid you not. Please do your best to imagine the phone call that was made and the email that was sent expressing my... displeasure.

Something I really, truly hate being right.
